Phantomystique REBOOT Wow, this is amazing, one of the best oc I've seen in a while, nice combination of colors, and I love the face of the character, its a very nice contrast of black and white, if i hade one criticism it would be for the wings, it's a cool idea but it looks like they don't belong to the character. Btw I'm totally gonna recommend you for the art portal.
